Do I need to commit to a certain timeframe or sign a contract?
Nope! We’re here to spread the joy of flowers and make it easy for you to manage your floral subscription. When you place your first order, you’ll also be supplied with an account and login details so you can pause, reschedule and update your subscription payment details as often as you’d like.
Can I tell you what flowers to include?
The magic of this experience is that we’ll pull together a beautiful arrangement featuring the best blooms Mother Nature has to offer. Our mission is to bring the joy of flowers to more humans and introduce you to new varieties, interesting colors and beautiful textures to truly surprise and delight.
When will my flowers be delivered?
Your flowers will come on the same day of the week each time, based on which delivery/pickup date you choose at checkout when making your first order.
Note, Public Holidays will have an impact on delivery dates.
What happens if no one is there to receive the flower delivery?
If you’re not available when our courier delivers your flowers, that’s not a problem. We’ll be sure to leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered place and we’ll send you a text message to confirm delivery.
Can I pause my delivery?
Yep! When you place your first order, you’ll also receive your login details. You can pause your delivery, update your subscription frequency and change your payment details.
What flowers will be used?
Mother Nature is magical and every week the supply of specific blooms varies from day to day, month to month. Check out our Instagram feed for latest updates on what is in our cooler.

Enjoy fresh flowers longer, with these handy tips from our professionals.
Use a clean Vase
Make sure to clean your vase well between your floral deliveries. This will stop bacteria and help prolong the life of your flowers.
Always use Fresh Water
You don’t always need to add flower food to your fresh flowers. The most important step is to make sure you are using fresh water and changing it every 24-48 hours.
Try to avoid placing your flowers in a warm and sunny location. Flowers prefer cooler temperatures to prolong their life.
