Celebrate the New Year With These Rosh Hashanah Arrangements
SHANAH TOVAH! WISHING YOU A GOOD HOLIDAY, AND A SWEET AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Rosh Hashanah is a traditional Jewish holiday that celebrates the beginning of the Jewish New Year. Lasting two days beginning at sundown on September 6th, 2021, it marks the start of the Jewish holiday season and includes many festive traditions. A perfect occasion for some fresh florals!
As it is a time to celebrate with family and friends and embrace new beginnings, tables will be topped with the best dishes, beautiful linens and of course, with flowers.
You can incorporate white flower arrangements into your table decor, or perhaps some beautiful fall colours since it is the start of a new season. To symbolize the sweetness of the New Year, I love incorporating crabapples into arrangements!
In this arrangement above we incorporated crabapples with dahlias, white waxflower, peach spray roses, Salal, grevillea and seeded eucalyptus.
Antique hydrangeas with orange pin cushion protea, white lisianthus, orange dahlias, white phlox, orange celosia and Italian ruscus.
This arrangement has a beautiful mix of antique hydrangeas, free spirit roses, red leucadendron, red hypericum berries, burgundy astilbe, ascelpia and deep burgundy dahlias with a mix of grevillea and Italian ruscus.
