4″ Birdsnest Fern

The Birdsnest Fern gets its name from the rosette shape its wavy, glossy, apple green fronds grow into, resembling a nest. It has a lush, tropical look and is a bit sturdier than many other ferns.

Care: This one prefers medium, indirect light, direct sun will scorch the fronds. Keep the soil consistently moist and give it as much humidity as you can. Avoid touching the delicate new fronds unfurling in the centre, they bruise easily.

Good news for pet owners: Birdnest Ferns are considered non-toxic to cats and dogs.
