4″ Colocasia Mojito

The Colocasia Mojito, an elephant ear variety, has large green leaves speckled with dark purple splotches, giving it a striking, almost painterly look that stands out from a plain green leaf.

Care: Bright, indirect light suits it best, with a bit of gentle direct sun helping the colour pop. Keep the soil consistently moist, elephant ears like more water than many houseplants, and give it plenty of humidity.

A note for pet owners: Colocasia is toxic to cats and dogs if chewed, so keep it out of reach of curious pets.
