6″ Lemon Button Fern Hanging Basket

Small, soft, and full of texture, the Lemon Button Fern brings a delicate, feathery look with a fun bonus, its little round leaflets release a light lemony scent when brushed. It’s one of the easiest ferns to grow, staying compact and tidy rather than sprawling, which makes it a great fit for a hanging basket in a smaller space.

This one comes ready to hang in a 6″ basket, perfect for adding a soft, lush texture to any room.

Care basics

Lemon Button Fern likes bright, indirect light, an east-facing window is ideal, or a spot away from harsh direct sun. Keep the soil consistently moist, watering once the top inch feels dry, and avoid letting it dry out completely. This one is a true humidity lover, so a bright bathroom or kitchen is often the perfect home for it, or you can boost humidity with a pebble tray if your space runs dry.

It’s also completely non-toxic, making it a safe, worry-free choice for homes with pets and little ones.

Available in-store or for local pickup and delivery from Flowers Talk Tivoli, Ottawa’s neighbourhood flower shop in Westboro.
