6″ Peperomia Obtusifolia Jade in Hanging Basket

Also known as the Baby Rubber Plant, this Peperomia is all thick, glossy, spoon-shaped leaves in a rich, deep green. It’s a compact, semi-succulent grower, storing water in its leaves, which makes it a forgiving choice if your watering schedule isn’t always on point. A relaxed, upright habit gives it a full, lush look in a hanging basket.

This one comes ready to hang in a 6″ basket, perfect for anywhere you want easy, low-maintenance greenery.

Care basics

Peperomia Jade does best in medium to bright indirect light, though it’ll tolerate lower light too, just don’t expect as much active growth. Because it stores water in its leaves, let the soil dry out most of the way before watering again, usually every 1 to 2 weeks depending on the season. Average home humidity is perfectly fine for this one, no misting or humidifier required.

It’s also completely non-toxic, making it a safe, worry-free pick for homes with pets and little ones.
