Papillio Amaryllis Bulb

The Papillio Amaryllis, sometimes called the Butterfly Amaryllis, produces striking blooms striped in green and burgundy, with a shape that really does resemble a butterfly’s wings, unlike the classic trumpet shaped amaryllis most people picture.

Care: Bright light suits it best, a sunny windowsill is ideal. Keep the soil lightly moist as the bulb grows, watering more as the flower stalk develops, and let it dry out a bit once blooming has finished.

A note for pet owners: Amaryllis bulbs are toxic to cats and dogs if ingested, so keep it out of reach of curious pets.
