Rosh Hashanah is a traditional Jewish holiday that celebrates the beginning of the Jewish New Year. It begins at sundown on Sunday, September 29th until Tuesday, October 1st. It is one of the biggest holidays in the Jewish religion. It is a time to celebrate with family and friends, eat and drink delicious things and embrace new beginnings. The tables will be decorated with the best dishes, most beautiful family linens and adorned with flowers.
Some will choose to incorporate all white flowers into their tablescapes and others will introduce colour since it is the start of the fall season. To symbolize the sweetness of the New Year, we at Flowers Talk Tivoli love incorporating crabapples into our arrangements with touches of fall tones and texture.
In this arrangement above we incorporated crabapples with dahlias, white waxflower, peach spray roses, Salal, grevillea and seeded eucalyptus.
This arrangement has a beautiful mix of antique hydrangeas, free spirit roses, red leucadendron, red hypericum berries, burgundy astilbe, Ascelpia and deep burgundy dahlias with a mix of grevillea and Italian ruscus.
Antique hydrangeas with orange pin cushion protea, white lisianthus, orange dahlias, white phlox, orange celosia and Italian ruscus.
This hand-tied bouquet has hot pink dahlias, red leucadendron, pink roses, banksia protea, pink celosia and white triptemene with sword fern and blue eucalyptus.
Cafe au last dahlias with pink spray roses, white cosmos, white statice and mint.
